Effective Home Remedies to Treat Hair Thinning Naturally

Natural Remedies to Treat Hair Thinning
Eggs contain proteins, which work great for your hair. They make your hair thicker and stronger. Beat one or two eggs, and apply it all over your hair after washing. Leave it on for about half an hour, and then wash off using shampoo and lukewarm water.
You can also mix any hair oil you prefer along with the egg to apply on your hair. Give your hair this protein treatment once a week.
Olive Oil is known to make your hair soft and thick. Use warm olive oil to massage all over your hair and scalp. Wash off after 30 to 45 minutes, using any mild shampoo. Leaving the oil on your hair overnight is also effective.
You can also mix some honey with olive oil to apply and massage your hair. Wash off after half an hour. Olive oil treatment must be done once a week.
Avocado to control thin hair
Avocado is very useful for giving your hair more volume, and also moisturizing it. Mash an avocado, and add a mashed banana and a tablespoon of olive oil to it. Apply this on to your scalp and let it stay for half an hour.
Wash off using a good shampoo. 2 tablespoons of wheatgerm oil when added to half of a mashed avocado makes a good hydrating hair mask. Apply it well on to your hair and wash off after 20 minutes. Avocado mask works best when used once in every week.
Fenugreek seeds help in better hair growth, and control loss of hair. Around 3 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds need to be soaked in water for 10 hours. Then, grind it and add 2 teaspoons of coconut oil.
Use the mixture to apply on your hair. Wash your hair with lukewarm water after half an hour. It controls dryness of your scalp.
You can also use the water which was used to soak the seeds. When used as a final rinse, it fights dandruff and helps in better hair growth. Use the fenugreek treatment once in a week.
Castor Oil to treat thin hair
Using cold-pressed castor oil to massage your hair daily makes your hair grow thicker. The vitamin E and fatty acids contained in it help in better hair growth, and also control hair fall. Mix equal amounts of castor oil and coconut oil and heat it.
Apply the mixture on your hair and scalp. Massage well so that the oil is absorbed. If possible, use a hot towel to wrap your hair. Wash off after an hour. Use this treatment once in a week.
